ELIGEN LAS 100 MEJORES FRASES DEL CINE NORTEAMERICANO
Las palabras con las que Rhett Butler (Clark Gable) le dijo adiós a Scarlett O’Hara (Vivien Leigh) en el final de Lo Que el Viento se Llevó lideró el ranking de las 100 Mejores Frases del cine estadounidense, elaborado por el American Film Institute (AFI). "Francamente, querida, me importa un bledo", le dice el galán a la heroína que le declaraba su amor.
La selección fue votada por 1.500 personas (actores, escritores, directores, historiadores y críticos), que colocaron las líneas dichas por personajes de Marlon Brando -de El Padrino y Nido de Ratas- en el segundo y tercer lugar de la lista. Judy Garland con su personaje de Dorothy Gale en El mago de Oz se ubicó cuarta y quinto fue Humphrey Bogart con un diálogo de Casablanca.
El resto del top ten quedó así:6. "Dale, házmela fácil", Clint Eastwood en Impacto Fulminante.7. "Bien, Sr. DeMille, Estoy lista para mi close-up", Gloria Swanson en El Crepúsculo de los Dioses.8. "Que la Fuerza te acompañe", Harrison Ford en Star Wars.9. "Abróchense los cinturones. Va a ser una noche con turbulencias", Bette Davis en La Malvada.10. Entre el centenar de frases la película Casablanca tuvo más menciones, con seis frases (entre ellas "Siempre tendremos París". La elección más antigua fue dicha en 1927 por Al Jolson: "Esperen un minuto. Aún no han escuchado nada", en El Cantante de Jazz (N° 71). Y la más nueva fue "Mi tesoro" (85), palabras de 2002 de Gollum en El Señor de los Anillos: Las Dos Torres).
